Jeremiah 6:16

Thus says the Lord, “Stand by the roads and look; ask for the ancient paths,

“Where the good way is; then walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”

But they said, ‘We will not walk in it!

The power Jesus carried was a multitude anointing. Before Jesus began His ministry, He had to be baptised with the Holy Ghost. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Your response to adversity determines how full you are of the Holy Ghost.

Synagogues talk about God; kingdom people demonstrate God. Jesus had to go to church. It was a custom to read the Scriptures during the service. He knew His assignment. He took the synagogue conversation to kingdom demonstration.

He was first filled with the Holy Ghost and then performed miracles. We have to have the same power He did so that we can do the same things He did. He wants us to have the same power. The Holy Ghost that was in Jesus is the same Holy Ghost who resides in you.
